Palette for arithmetic operators

Someone described to me a feature (add-on?) of Excel whereby a palette on
the desktop holds the arithmetic operators (+, -, *, /, etc).

This way, when you are doing formulas you can click on the operators on the
palette, instead of using the keyboard.

Has anyone heard of this?

Thanks in advance.

You can create your own, do view>toolbars>customize, in the left pane select
insert and in the right scroll down until you
see them, then drag them, one at a time to the toolbar, when you are done
click close.

Try This:
$B!!!!(BTools Menu | Customize then Customize Dialog opens,
With this dialog, select Commands Tab, and:
in the Categories List-Box, Select Insert
then
in the Commands List-Box:
click any symbol and drag it onto any toolbar.
You can select symbols such as +, -, *, =, *, &.

By the way,
You can make your own new toolbar by yourself, if you want.
and you can place it anyplace on the screen.)

I guess you never read other people's answers?

Hi! Peo,
Thanks for your remarks!
You are right, I did not see the previous post of yours,
because for some reason, I had never received your previous answer
when I posted previous one with my Outlook Express via my ISP..
(Anyway, I did see/download your previous post several hours after I had
posted..)
(How soon I could receive any posts?)
