Palatino Font, how can I get it?

I am working in Word 2002 on my Windows 98 system and found out it
doesn't have Palatino fonts. I know my windows XP system has it. Can I
acquire the Palatino fonts from my XP system? If so how would I go
about doing it. Or can I just download and install Palatino from a
Microsoft location?

Use Windows Explorer to copy the Palatino .ttf files from the
C:\Windows\Fonts folder of your Win98 system to the corresponding folder
 
Also, you may find Book Antiqua an adequate substitute.
