This was the freeware Special Edition (did not support .GIF) that

Keep it up, Fussy, and you're going to get the rath of this newsgroup.
You are becoming a real pain in the ass. We all know about your
program and you are becoming a spammer with your activity. I will file
(a) complaint(s) against you with your provider(s) if you don't knock
it off.

you everything GIF wanted to be and more??

Nope. Have tried Firebird 0.7, Netscape 7.1, and WS-FTP. No joy.

Dunno what you are doing wrong, but the site
continues to perform correctly, and have downloaded
the program via ordinary 3W with OEX.
