Painting DataGrid rows with varying foreground colors

Hello,

I am trying to find a way to set different foreground color for each row,
based on the value of a certain column on the row. Basically, I was looking
for a hook that will enable me to intervene in the row painting process or,
even better, set up a database binding mechanism between the row foreground
property and the database value.
