Hi experts

I would like to paint cell depending it's content.
The content is chose from a list.

For example:
A cell had a list of values: Value 1 and Value 2
when the cell is empty (no value has been chosen) it's color shoul
remain white.
When we pick value 1 in list, the cell becomes red.
When we pick value 2 in list, the cell becomes Blue.

Thanks for your help

Just choose the cell and go to the menu: "Format"---"Conditional Format
and set the cell's format based on the value. Select the condition o
the drop down list that displays "between", and adjust it to chang
when the value is "equal to", "greater than", etc etc. then input th
values on the next value box.

you can then set the format any way you want. To have a secon
condition (for example, the "blue" condition), just click on "add>>"
and it will add another condition, that you can adjust.

Check the links provided in the other posts, they're helpful.
