Ver. 2.0 Final is out.

This is probably the most usable free PAINT program / graphics editor out
there. I still like PhotoFiltre better, but PaintDotNet has a more complete
set of paint features.

Each release gets larger. Maybe everyone should download 2.0 and tuck it
away in case later releases turn into a bloat monster.

I am just waiting till Photofiltre comes out with its new version which
supports layers -- even tho it'll be a S/W release, it'll be well worth
it, IMHO :)

Are you sure PhotoFiltre is worth it? PhotoShop only costs an additional
$500 USD. ;)
