Paint touch up prog, with live view of changes ?

Is there any good free paint software which will enable me to see what the
output is going to be like as i move various sliders (i.e. brightness,
contrast, cropping, rotate, colour etc). I only need it to do the simplest
of tasks as mentioned above. Must be easy to use with all sliders on one
screen, i.e not keep having to go into menus to change various touch up
utilitirs.
