I erased my Temp paging file while trying to make space.

When it starts up it give me a no paging file box.

What can I do to replace it. Should I reinstall Windows
XP home?

Will that affect my whole operating system?

Thanks

Danny

Is your computer in a login loop or are you able to get
into Win XP? If your able to get into XP simply create a
new page file by right clicking on the My Computer icon.
Go to Properties, then click the Advanced tab. On the
Advanced page click the Settings button under
Performance. Then click the Advanced tab at the top, on
the bottom of the Advanced properties page you should see
Virtual Memory. Click Change button then set the page
file by selecting the drive you want the page file to
reside on then entering the values for the size you want
the page fiel to be (the page files initial size should
be 1 1/2 the amount or RAM you have, i.e. 128MB RAM =
196MB intitial page file size), then hit the set button
and reboot.
