paging down using left mouse button

suddenly my mouse is moving down TWO pages at a time when
using the left mouse button in the bar at the right hand
side of the page

how do you chnage it back to one page at a time?
 
MS update 825145 is probably the cause.
Search google.com (groups) for 825145 for issues.

The so-called "update" screws up the scroll wheel too!
