Pages won't update

I'm redoing my personal www page and it won't update on my
computer. I can acces it on a different computer and the
pages are updated.

I've gone to Tools/Internet Options/Temporary Internet
Files/Delete Files/ok and also changed setting to update
the page everytime I open the page (I did have this
setting on "Automatic").

How can I get my computer to update IE pages??

Check this setting.

"Tools, Internet Options/Security/Custom Levels" "Allow META Refresh" must
be Enabled
