pages opening too small

when internet explorer opens page is maximized,but when i
click on any links they all open minimized ,help
 
Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.

There is a neat little program called AutoSizer that will force IE (or
any program) to open in a window size of your choice. Download it from:

http://www.southbaypc.com/AutoSizer/

I've used it for a long time and wouldn't be without it. Freeware.
