Pages not loading first time.

I have a strange error and can't seam to find any details
about it.

Sometimes when I click on a link in my homepage (one I
have created, and made the current homepage in IE) or
enter a domain address and press return. The web page does
not load, if I press enter again or click the page will
load.

Any Ideas?
