pagefile.sys

There is a file on my c: occupying 511mb... It is called
pagefile.sys. I understand it to be part of the hard
drive used as RAM? I recently upgraded from 512mb RAM to
2GB of RAM. Can I move this file or delete it? Any
ideas would be appreciated as my C: is filling up....

You can move it to a different drive, if you don't mind not getting a memory
dump on an BSOD.
You Control Panel / System / Advanced / Performance.
