Help! The abov fault appears on a Stop Error Screen. My Windows is NOT starting at all. Not even in Safe Mode. What can be done?

Hi,

Did you install anything prior to this happening?

Generally, it can mean bad ram, bad device driver, or bad application
installation.

Have you added new hardware? If so, remove that hardware and see if that
fixes the problem. If so the new hardware may be faulty. If you add the
hardware back and the problem returns, run diagnostic software supplied
with the hardware.

You may also have a faulty driver or service. Is there a filename listed
with the error? If so and it is a driver, see if there is an updated
driver from the manufacturer. Specifically Easy CD Creator 5.0 is known to
cause this problem. There are updates for that available from the Roxio
website at http://www.roxio.com/en/support/software_updates.jhtml.

Are you using the /3GB switch when starting XP? If so, see this KB article
about a known issue and how to get a fix:
