I am using windows xp and I've had a problem with spyware and still do but
the other day My computer put up a screen that said

A Problem has been detected and windows has been shutdown to prevent damage
to your computer
The problem seems to be caused by the following file:NDIS.sys

Page_Fault_In Nonpaged_Area

Technical information:
***Stop:0x00000050(0XF82C3F70X00000008,0XF82C37F7,0X0000000

***NDIS.sys-Address F82C37F7baseF82C0000 Date Stamp 00000000

When I restarted my computer the message screen was gone but I have
completely lost my help and support, search, update and countless other
things.

alot of my programs won't even run.
What can I do please help!

A page fault in nonpaged pool is a very serious driver issue.
NDIS.SYS is a display driver. The address lies in nonpaged pool.
You still have malware, but it may be too late to try to save the current
installation.

If the computer belonged to me, I would try reformatting the drive and
reinstalling XP.
