Can someone tell me the maximum page width allowable to prevent the bottom
scrollbar from appearing? Thanks.

Sorry, posted that before I finished the sentence.

It is not the page width as such - it is the width of the browser that
affects it. If you have a page that is 500 px wide and the browser window is
450, you will get a scroll bar. If you have a page width that is 1200 and
the browser window is 1280, you will not get a scroll bar.
