Page Width Varies - FP2000

I have a rather simple web site using themes and five child pages
under the home page. One of the child pages recently changed width
seemingly by itself. I don't think I did it. If I look at
Format/Position, all of the pages except the one maverick show a width
of 903. The maverick page shows a width of 1060. It also has a scan
bar at the bottom where the others do not. The width boxes are grayed
out, but I can read the numbers. What controls the width number? How
can I get this maverick page back under control like the rest of them?

I don't see any sizes to change. I am not using any tables other than
what FP uses for the theme. One clue may be that, what I call the
maverick page, has <?> tags all over the place. None of the "good"
pages show this tag.
