Page width error revisted

Hello All

I am getting the standard "Section width is greater than page width .." error when I run my report. Of course, the entire report fits on one page and blank pages being printed every other page. Now, I have looked through the postings on the group here, and I have 1) moved all my controls _well_ to the left of the margin, 2) removed the 'dead space' on the right of the report 3) adjusted the margins under page setup. The report is set to landscape, and the paper size is legal. I am still getting the error. Does anyone have any ideas what could be up

Hi Nick.
The error you identify is realy becuase the sum of the
margins (left and right) and the total width of the report
in design view are wider than the total width of the paper.
Can you post some numbers,
what is the left and right margin
what is the width of the report in design view.
The total page width should be 13"
The margins probably 1" (each)
Therefore the total page width in design view should be no
more than 11" (I usually keep at least about 1/4" play) so
no more than 10.75.
