Your container table is set to 100%. Set it to a fixed width and all will be
well.

<body><center>
<table style="border-collapse: collapse" border="0" cellpadding="0"
cellspacing="0" width="100%">Bob Lehmann"The Dollmaker"

What is the smallest width you want to use?
760px will display on 800x600 browsers (about 12% of users have screen
resolution set to this, plus many more have browsers restricted to this
width even though they have high resolution displays).

Hi
Lots of web designers build pages to fit onto a 800 wide browser although
some now go wider, it all depends on your target audience. Set the
container width to 760px this will allow for a vertical scroll bar without
it causing a horizontal bar to appear as well.
