So my problem is basically that every computer displays my website
differently. My site is not a uniform site and so people dont get to view my
site the same way that I want them too. What can I do so that the page size,
the table size, the text, etc are all uniform on everyones computer.

Everyone's going to use different browser window sizes (not necessarily
maximised), screen resolutions, different font sizes and so on. A general
rule of thumb (expressed on this newsgroup) would be use a design with
tables to a width of, for example, between 740-760 pixels so people who
don't maximise their browser can view it comfortably and different screen
resolutions don't cause a problem etc. It is by trial and error.

The other thing you should do is test it in say 6 common/popular browsers.
e.g. IE, Netscape, Firefox, Mozilla, Opera etc (and test at least the last
three versions of each e.g. IE back to ver 4 etc). and try and get the best
view in each by possibly compromising on some features that say work in IE
but not in the others (background music is one that may or may not work in
all browsers).
