In Excel 2007, once you indicate all your Page Setup settings, headers and
footers on the first worksheet…is there a way to apply them to other
subsequent worksheets? Or do you have to set all the settings for each
worksheet?
 
Right click on the sheet tab >Select all sheets>

Add your header and footer...This will have this set for all sheets.

Once done right click on the sheet tab and 'Ungroup sheets'
