Is there a way to create my own page setup pop-up Form for printing forms or
reports.

Currently when I convert my mdb to mde, the last page setting becomes the
default. Each time the same report is to be printed it goes back to the
default. The user new setup just cannot stick.

I am hoping that if I can create my own, the setting will be more permanant.

Normally one does not want a user messing with Page Setup. What exactly do
you want him to be able to do? If he changes margins or anything else your
report is likely to look like crap so why allow it?

I have a Form that have all controls aligned to print perfectly onto a "A
request for Import approval form" (a government standard). Sometimes the
printer prints the form a little off and my user need to use the page setup
to adjust it slightly so that it will fit the slight misaligment. It can be
quite frustrating having to do a page setup every time you need to print.

I really need help on this.
