We have an Access 2000 database where there are predefined
reports with Page Setup parametres defined for Landscape
and legal settings. The system will sporadically display
the reports in standard Portrait mode even though other
settings were specified. The system displays the standard
portrait settings when you checvk the Page Setup values
for the report.

Has anyone experienced this issue and if so how were you
able to correct the problem.

Thanks in advance Bill

Bill,
If you are using Access 2000 this is a known bug and is documented in
the Microsoft Knowledgebase article:
Q245021 'List of Fixed Problems in Microsoft Office 2000 Service
Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a)'
And specifically:
Q240826 'Lost Printer Settings when Name Autocorrect is turned on'

Turn off the Name AutoCorrect feature as a temporary 'fix'.
Then download and install the Service Release 1/1a.

I also experience this problem, and i am using Office XP, Access 2002.
Is this a common problem in 2002 also?
