Dan

I develop my Access 97 app at home and then send it to my client. I
have a report that previews and prints in Legal format at home, but
when I send the app to the client, the report mysteriously switches to
Letter format. So, I have to pcAnywhere over there and manually reset
it to Legal. Anyone have any ideas why it would do this?

Thanks

If the other user is using Access 2000 this is a known bug and is
documented in the Microsoft Knowledgebase article:
Q245021 'List of Fixed Problems in Microsoft Office 2000 Service
Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a)'
And specifically:
Q240826 'Lost Printer Settings when Name Autocorrect is turned on'

Turn off the Name AutoCorrect feature as a temporary 'fix'.
Then download and install the Service Release 1/1a.

Nope, both my client and I are running Access 97. Neither of us has
any Office 2000 apps installed.
