Hello there,

I have a database that is on my company's network shared drive which can be
accessed by all with the appropriate priviledges. However, whenever a
colleague with a different printer from mine wants to view the reports, the
page setup of the reports changes. I would like to know whether there is a
way of ensuring that the page setup of the reports do not change with the
different printers.

Respect.

What is it, specifically, that is changing about the Report Setup? There
were some issues with printers in Access 2000, but I thought they had been
corrected in Service Packs, and were corrected in later versions. And, I
don't remember that page setup was one of the issues.

Clearly, if the new printer has different specifications for the minimum
margin, you can expect the report margins to change.
