Problem printing A4 pages
-------------------------
IE6
Version: 6.0.2800.1106
Cipher strength: 128-bit
Update versions: SP1; Q810847; Q813951; Q813489; Q330994; Q818529
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Using HP Laserjet 1100A with latest drivers, on Windows 2000 Pro SP4
No other printing problems EVER from this PC to this printer
Problem has arisen recently, after a Windows Update (not sure just when /
which, but I did one just an hour ago)
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Need to set ridiculously small margins (File|Page setup) -
example - Left 1.5mm, Right 1.5mm
(A4 page, metric - note MILLIMETRES not INCHES or Centimetres)
Else the printed page has margins generally more than an inch (sometimes 2
inches) wide,
and more than 15% of the page width doesn't show !!
I have fully documented this with screen captures - I know the USA doesn't
understand metric measures, but 15 mm is NOT 2 inches!!
Example page -
