Default PowerPoint page setup is 7.5x10 which is a 4:3 ratio.
I have setup my PowerPoint to be 8.5x11 which is no longer a 4:3 ratio. I
added 1 inch to each dimension which is not right, I should have added 1 inch
to width, and .75 inch to height, but this is what my client asked for...
When I display the 8.5x11, which is a wider format than 7.5x10, PowerPoint
2007 does not display correctly.
I should get a letterbox look to the slides, black bars top and bottom, but
I am getting just the opposite. On the same setup that displays 7.5x10
correctly I am getting an inverse letterbox effect on the 8.5x11 setup. So my
slides appear to be taller, not wider.
I need the letterbox look... not what I am getting...
I am using PowerPoint 2007, file created in PowerPoint 2003, machine is
clean WindowsXP install that I use for nothing but PowerPoint on corporate
shows.
Any idea??? Thanks to anyone who can help!!
