page replication

using fp2003, have set up home page with theme and link bars.
I would like each time a link is used on the site to show the exact same
theme and layout only with the information area to be different according to
the linked page. Any ideas on how to do this are appreciated.

Apply the theme to all pages. Either choose Apply to Selected Pages or set
as default theme with Format, Theme
 
Apply the theme to every page. In FP2003 Dynamic Web Templates can also
help with that. (Read Help on "Themes" and/or "Dynamic Web Templates", or
get a good book on FP2003.
