Hi

was wondering if anyone has ever had the following problem;

I have vreated a report in landscape and saved it. When I re-open it
sometimes it reverts back to portrait and I have to go and change it back to
landscape. It happens sometimes but not all the time. What gives??? Is there
a particular setting I haven't clicked??

If anyone could help me I'd be most grateful...becasue it's driving me
NUTS!!!!!.

Cheers

First thing is to make sure you have unchecked the Name AutoCorrect options
under:
Tools | Options | General | Name AutoCorrect
In Access 2007, it's:
Office Button | Access Options | Current Database | Name AutoCorrect
Explanation of why:

It would also be a good idea to make sure you have the latest updates for
your version of Office:
http://support.microsoft.com/sp
and JET:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/239114

It should then retain the orientation if:
a) You originally set the orientation in design view;
b) You have not changed your printer driver;
c) You do not open the report on a different computer (which may have a
different printer driver.)
