Page numers spelled out ex: "One", "Two", "Three" etc.

Can you spell page numbers in Word. I thought it was possible, but I can't
seem to find the information.
 
Yes. You can do this by adding format switches to the PAGE field.

{ PAGE \* CardText \*Caps }

Activate the header/footer view. Press Alt+F9 to show field codes. You should
see something like this: { PAGE }. Add \# CardText after PAGE. Press F9 to
update. Press Alt+F9 again to hide field codes.

Note that the formatted page numbers won't display in an automatically
generated tables of contents or in cross-references, where Word will use the
setting of the Page Number Format dialog box.
