Page numbers with multiple sections

I would like to have this string in a document footer:

Page ss.nn of mm

where

ss = section number
nn = page number within the section
mm = number of pages in the section

If that is not possible or straightforward, then as close as I can
get.
 
Assuming you're restarting numbering in each section, you need this field
syntax:

Page { SECTION }.{ PAGE } of { SECTIONPAGES }

I think I found the answer. The article by Bill Coan was very helpful,
see: http://word.mvps.org/faqs/numbering/PageNumbering.htm.

The secret is to use the format page number icon on the header/footer
toolbar, not the Insert Page Number menu option.

I also found the Section number field. Of course it was NOT in the
document properties list.
