Hi
I can see the Page Navigator (toolbar) for some of the reports but for many i cant though the report extends to some 800 pages. How can i bring that toolbar in the bottom

Thanks

Are you using Access 2003 on WinXP? If so, I've seen this sort of problem
when you maximize the report in code as the report opens and you have
AutoCenter on the Format tab of the report's Properties sheet set to Yes.

Hi. I use access '97. I tried to locate the AutoCenter property but am unable to find that in acc97. the prop is avlbl only for a Form. You are correct that Report_Open event has a DoCmd.Maximize line

Can you suggest a suitable remedy.

For trouble shooting purposes, try commenting out or removing the
DoCmd.Maximize and see what happens. Also, you may want to see if there is
an updated video driver for your computer and whether or not you have Office
97 service releases 1 and 2 installed.
