Page loads blank w/Done in lower left corner

I have perused the previous postings of this particular problem and have not
seen any reference to the following situation:
Windows 2K OS, multiple user accounts; mine w/Admin permissions, others
w/User permissions.
At a specific/particular Web page, I am able to have page load
correctly/completely.
However, when others are logged in, they only load a blank page w/Done in
lower left corner.
If I change permissions for that user to include Admin permissions, the page
loads correctly/completely. Take away the Admin permission again, and the
page loads blank. No other changes have occurred other than the user's
permission.
Any guesses as to how to resolve this... other than giving every user Admin
permissions?

Hi Bruce,

Compare an Admin users Internet Options settings with that of a User. It
could be an Internet Security setting, an Accessibility setting (General
tab) or a Connection setting. View the source of the page on a User account
(the page may be loading but not displaying because of an Accessibility
setting ie. white text on a white background).
I imagine this is on an intranet, otherwise the address of the problem page
would have been a help.

Regards.

Rob,
Thanks for your reply. Always interesting... I had already compared (and
changed to match) the User's settings to match mine (Admin's) but problem
remained. Just now, however, from the User's login (to avoid logout/login
tedium) I tried to respond through MS Discussion Group. I received the red
banner message that "You must enable ActiveX controls in order to browse
Discussion Group". Given that the settings are the same for both accounts,
I'm still confused...
Thanks,
Bruce

Perhaps that confirms the behaviour then? <eg>
For example, without any other details your first symptom could be explained
as visiting a page which wanted to do redirects while having too high
a level of security (or one which specifically disallowed META Refresh
or Active Scriptiing) and your new symptom similarly indicates that
use of an ActiveX control via scripting is not allowed.

Thanks,
Bruce
