Page Header Section?

I need to have a text box, possibly in the page header section, that is
visible only when the form goes to a second page (printing). Can this be
done? Thanks in advance.

Forms have limited functionality for printing and it is generally recommneded
that you print reports instead. A report can do what you want easily.
