Page has expired??

Everytime I am on a page & hit the back button I get the "page has expired"
notice so I have to refresh to get back to the page. I cannot figure this
one out????.... thanks.

Some pages, especially pages that are protected by security, have a
time-out which stops you from refreshing the page like this. This is
purely a function of how the web page setup. suggest you contact the
people at the web site you are having problems with.
