Page Has Expired, Refresh Messages

Has M$ added something to a patch that causes this every time I try to
browse back to previous pages? It rarely happened in the past, but knows
seems to happen 90% of the time I try to go back.

Try the following and see if it helps.

I saw that article before I posted. It wasn't checked. Not sure what has
