When exporting a multi-page report to snapshot, a page format bug occurs that
results in the entire page image being minimized (size-reduced) and
positioned in the top left quarter of the selected page orientation. In
effect, a 1/4 scale image of the report page appears oriented to the top left
quadrant of the page layout. Same result occurs whether report originates
from portrait or landscape orientation source in Access. However, report
image is complete and accurate as compared to source, just miniaturized! One
other symptom is that when snapshot file is opened, the zoom function via
right-click mouse button does NOT activate any view options like zoom to
percentage, or fit to window or others. Same problem before and after
installing 2003 Snapshot Viewer security patch to version 10.0.5529
(snapview.ocx) and 10.0.4622 (snapview.exe). Any comments or suggestions?
