page fault shdocvw.dll running IE6 SP1

Recently upgraded MB,processor, and VGA on a "barebones"
system, loaded my drives,CDRW,Floppy, etc. running 98
first edition with IE6SP1 as a browser on cable. All
IE/explorer functions are causing a page fault on
shdocvw.dll and iexplore.exe.. Tried deleting and
reinstalling with no luck.. Any tips out there?

Would pretty park create such havoc?
