Page Fault in Nonpaged Area

Hi

I installed a Highpoint RocketRAID 404 adapter and i received a BSD:
Page Fault in Nonpaged Area. When i take out the card no more BSD's.
What is going on??

ASUS P4B533-E 1011 BIOS
P4 2.4GHz Proc
Windows 2000 SP3
Leadtek GeForce 3 Ti-200 Nvidia 43.45 driver
Audigy MP3
Crucial 2x512Mb RAM
Umax 2200 Scanner
HP Photosmart 7550
