Page Detail Problem - on some records all controls move down

Yes, on some records all controls on the page move down. I have checked for hidden fields, but there are none. I have a static text box in the page header, then in the detail, some text boxes (all fields drug and dropped as is), then a line, then more text boxes (all fields drug and dropped as is), then a line, then two supreports (side by side), and a page break. There is a formula for page numbers in the page footer. Any thoughts??

I would check for some can grow properties set to yes for
eaither textboxes or the detail band.
