Page components failing to publish

I have a website that I've made with Frontpage. One of my pages had a button
with a hyperlink to the next page. I changed it by deleting the original
button and hyperlink and adding five different ones plus hyperlinks on four
of them. In preview everything looks as it should but when I publish only
updated pages to the web the page is still the same. It only has the one
original button and hyperlink. What am I doing wrong, it's really
frustrating!!!
