Page changes do not appear

When I update my website (I use frontpage), everything is
fine and the changes appear on the internet immediatly
(as they should).

Some customers tell me they do not see changes for hours
and sometimes days! What would cause them not to see
changes immediatly. Is this a browser issue? Just a
refresh page issue?

Is there reasons that some users do not see immediate
changes when others do? Could this be an ISP issue?
Please respond. Thanks Joe

Hi Joe,
There could be several issues, depending on how the users
are connected to the internet.
Example: From the office, I have problems with website
updates as the corporate firewall will cache the pages
accessed previously....
It could also be that the user's settings in IE are not
optimal. Have them click Tools/intrenet options/settings
and select the "Every visit to page".
If all else fails, ask your users to press CNTRL-F5 when
they visit your page. That will refresh the cache and
download the latest version.
Hope it helps !

Thanks for your help JR.
