page cannot load or most any site help

hi
i need help because for some reason my IE wont display page or instantly closes
and now there is a bunch of websites i cant open ?
i already tryed to sfc /scannow
which did nothing
contacted mircosoft support and they just keep telling me to download msn 9
which the wizard say's it can''t finsh try again later
it been well over 2 month
any idea's ?
please help

Try the following and see if it helps.

IE Won't Load Websites

Use this registry fix:
http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/RepairDefaultPrefix.reg

After downloading, right-click and merge.

Can't open a page in IE

Try the following and see if it helps.

Go to the following and open with Notepad,
C:\WINDOWS\hosts (the one with no extension, not the .SAM one)
then delete any listing reference for the site you are trying to open. Then
Save and close.

Make sure your cookies are turn on. Open IE, Tools | Internet Options |
Privacy tab, Advanced tab, and put in the checks in both boxes click
Apply/OK and close.

Cookie Problems

Tools > Internet Options > Privacy Tab > Edit button. There I could
select a Managed Website and change it

Browser is not set to accept cookies, but it is
