I can ping www.yahoo.com and anywhere else but IE won't
come up with any web pages. I have a wireless PCI adaptor
and I show a signal just fine but as I stated, no pages
will display. I was told by Linksys support (my router and
adaptor company I bought from) that I needed to re-install
IE. Is this is the case? Also, I recently purchased a
spysweeping program and there is one (there were 49 total)
spyware program that has I believe it was 174 "references"
or "occurances" (can't remember the exact termonology) to
it and I can't seem to get rid of it. It's called backweb.
I believe it may be the culprit as to why I can't get on.
But no idea. It's all a bit to complicated and I dont'
know what to do.... any ideas?
