Page cannot be found

I am receiving the words: The Page cannot be found HTTP
Error 404 when I try to go to another site from an
existing one. Help!!!! I need to go to this site.

try repairing Internet Explorer.........start/settings/control
panel/add-remove programs.click on Microsoft Internet Explorer, option boxes
will pop up, choose repair....
