Ok now when I go to my dyndns.org referral site:

http://donburrow.mine.nu/tsweb

I get an HTTP:404 Page cannot be found.
Followed all the directions on installing/configuring the
web client. Set my Netgear RO318 to forward the ports
needed, 3389 & 80 (will change those once I get it working)
also set the router up to do the dyndns updates. What can
I check ?

I can connect using the standard Remote Desktop Connection
just fine(LAN Side have not tried this on from Internet)
and if I open a browser and go to
HTTP://<servername>/tsweb, all I get is the "Page is under
construction" page...does this help with clarification ?

D.

I'm gonna recommend what I'd been about to say in the previous thread.

Try uninstalling IIS and reinstalling--be certain that you have checked off
the Remote Desktop Web connection, which is a sub-item under web/http--and
probably not chosen by default.

Bill thanks very much, this worked perfectly, as long as
I've been working with Windows OS's you'd think that I
would have tried that wouldn't ya ? Interestingly enough
however, when I had originally installed it I had the
correct items selectes, must have been a good ol windows
BURP ! As a side item, to restart a remote computer whilst
logged, I do a Start Butto>>Run>>shutdown -r, any better
ways ?

Look for a menu item called Windows Security, as I recall.

If that menu item exists, you can restart or shutdown from within it.
Sometimes it does not exist, and I'm not clear on the reasons!
