page cannot be displayed

I keep getting the above message when trying to get to
inbox and other pages of hotmail, or when trying to get
into my internet bank. CAN get into hotmail by clicking
on News Message but not on Read Mail.

Can anyone help. I've tried to help and support on XP
till my head's going round.
 
have you tried a trojan scan? Worth a check, get the free
scan on site..
