Page cannot be displayed

Hi,
IE6 and OE6 in XP Pro will not display any pages or get email. My ISP
checked all settings and pinged my machine when I connected but I could not
ping them. My connection is good but IE6 will not go to any pages. Ran
Adaware and Spybot as well as Mcafee(all up to date). Any Ideas?!?
