Page cannot be displayed

Every time I losd internet explorer I get he message page
cannot be displayed. I open netscape and everything works
fine. I open outlook express and I recceive mail. If I
type the address in my computer I get the site typed in but
cannot can pages. I was on with HP for 3.5 hour sna they
have tried everything with no luck. THey tell me to
reformat. When I try to uninstall and reinstall Microsoft
tells me the download site is not digitally signed and I
just downloaded it from their site and the it will not
install. I love internet explorer and don't know where to
turn except to format. That is ridiculous.....Can anyone
gice me some insite or help please.....

Did you get an answer to this? I am having the same
problem and have tried everything I can think of.

I have reinstalled IE and still get the Cannot be
Displayed error.
Any ideas?

Thank you for your input. I have been working through
these tech sheets and so far have not found the correct
fix. I will keep plugging.

I think I have had success!
The lspfix seemed to do the trick (winsock error)
Let's see if it lasts this time.
