I have XP and Internet Explorer 6.0. I cannot get into
secure web sites, i.e. pay bills on line, buy anything on
line or go to web sites where my wife who is out of work,
can fill out an application. I have been busting Juno's
butt for a couple of months now to help me correct the
problem. After a couple of responses, they suggested that
I remove my Internet Explorer and download a new version.
During the installation, I was prompted that the software
I was downloading was not "logo tested" and that it would
not install. Basically after 37 minutes on the Internet
downloading something that should have been simple, I
still can't buy online, pay bills or go into any secure
sites. Anybody out there got a clue as to how to help
that wouldn't cost me $150/minute??

As for your error when reinstalling IE (don't know how Juno support expected you to remove IE 6 from XP) - see the fourth entry here under "Problems Downloading/Installing...."
